It's true for many sites, but if your primary work is loading and lifting with occasional digging, a compact wheel loader with a quick-attach system is often more efficient — and cheaper to maintain. - What's the single biggest cost you're trying to avoid? If it's downtime, go with reliability over price. If it's initial investment, find a good middle option.
- What's your experience level with heavy machinery? If you're new, a simpler spec with easy maintenance is safer than a high-tech machine that needs frequent servicing.
If you're in Scenario A, don't compromise on the cooling package. If you're in Scenario C, skip the fancy telematics and invest in a solid service plan. No matter which path, always verify that your dealer has the core parts in stock for the model you choose — nothing derails a project faster than waiting on a $50 filter.
