- Is there a restocking fee? Some dealers charge 15-25% for returns, even within the warranty period.

Step 5: Don't Skip the 'Test Fit' (Even for Small Parts)

- Do they have a local service partner? For major repairs, you don't want to ship a loader cross-country.
- What's their emergency parts availability? If a critical part breaks, can they ship overnight?

A Few Things to Avoid
Avoid assuming SDLG parts are interchangeable across all models. A part for an SDLG LG936L wheel loader is not the same as one for an LG956L. The differences are subtle but critical. Always specify the exact model and serial number.
